My couples often ask me for my recommendations for locations for their maternity sessions in the East Bay Area.
I love scouting new locations, and have found these gems in the Bay Area Locations to be some of my favorite! (You’ll see them featured on other pages on my site too!)
East Bay Locations
- Martinez Waterfront – this location wins for the coolest bridges. Spread out amongst the wetlands in Martinez, this spot is walkable and offers a variety of awesome views.
- Old Borges Ranch – this Walnut Creek location is great if you are up for a mini-hike with beautiful views of the valley. I love this spot in late summer and early fall when we can stay up later and take in that golden hour goodness!
- Lar Reiu Park – this Walnut Creek location is perfect for mountain views and is great for morning or golden hour sessions. I love that it is easy to get to and has a lot of variety!
- Joaquin Miller – This Oakland location has amazing variety and is perfect for a rustic Italian look. The stonework and grand stair case are amazing!
- Oakland Redwoods – for a dreamy woodsy location, this is my go to! I love the way the light filters through the trees to get a soft and golden glow on my couples. This is also a great location for morning or late afternoon sessions!
- Creative Space Studios – If you are looking for a non-outdoors option, Creative Space Studios is my go to studio location! This studio in Dublin offers a variety of props and backdrops so we can truly create in the space any way you like!
